Fresh delivery means that each meal is packaged and shipped within hours of preparation in our spotless, licensed and routinely inspected commercial kitchen.

We make each weekly menu from scratch; chilled and quickly packaged each item is kept super cold and well insulated from the rigors of transit with space-age packaging materials. Your order is rush shipped to your home via Federal Express Ground and Second Day Express service so you know that your shipment will be accurate and arrive on time.

Here's how to get started:

1. Determine which meal service is best for you: Busy Singles; Couples on the Go; or our Family Favorites menu and the frequency of delivery desired; one-time delivery or recurring weekly, bi-weekly auto-ship service.
2. Select either the current menu or the next week's offering and the quantity of meal plans that you desire.
3. Place your order online. We'll prepare your meals and rush ship them to your home Saturday (in some cases deliveries might arrive one day earlier) via Fed-ex Home Delivery.

Stay on track for best health! Sign up for auto-ship service! For your convenience auto-ship customers will receive another delivery on the interval you select from the order page and your credit card will be automatically charged. You may cancel this service at anytime with no further obligation. Simply cancel before the next single purchase deadline to avoid any additional charges. Single purchase customers will need to log in again and place another order.

How do I make my meal selections?
Each week our chef's prepare another special menu that is packed with culinary excitement and flair. You'll find the current and next week's menu offerings listed on our website as well as the previous week's menu. We choose the menu, all you need to do is choose the meal plan and the week you want it delivered!

You pick the meal plan that best suits your lifestyle. We'll freshly prepare that week's offerings and rush it out to your home the following Saturday.

Each week thereafter we will tempt you with another well orchestrated and original menu that reflects both our passion for great food and our commitment to healthy eating.
